Biography
Dr Sin Yong is an aesthetic and laser physician in Singapore. He trained in plastics, ENT and anaesthesia at the National University of Singapore, holds the MRCS of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and completed two master's degrees — in Aesthetic Medicine at the University of London and in Practical Dermatology at Cardiff University.
Over more than fifteen years in practice he has developed ten proprietary treatment protocols for non-surgical facial lifting, body contouring, resurfacing and scar reconstruction. Among them is the VF Lift – Vertical Facelift, which he presented at the CLASSYS APAC Symposium in 2026 and was invited to share with CLASSYS Academy's own team in São Paulo.
He is Medical Director of IN Eternity Clinic on Orchard Road, which DEKA and NeoAsia certified a DEKA Centre of Excellence in July 2026, and he holds key opinion leader appointments with CLASSYS, DEKA, Fotona, HIRONIC and ilooda. Since 2024 he has been invited to share his clinical expertise with physicians in Seoul, Dubai, Taipei, Bangkok, São Paulo and Singapore.
A significant part of his week is the correction of over-treatment: dissolving excess filler and remodelling over-stimulated collagen, mapped by ultrasound before anything is done. His approach is restrained by design — the assessment comes first, and the plan follows it.

How he works
The assessment comes first.
Before anything is recommended, the face is mapped layer by layer — structure, skin, laxity and descent. The plan follows the assessment, never the other way round.
The doctor holds the device.
Every assessment and every treatment is performed by Dr Sin Yong personally. Depth and energy are adjusted during the session to the tissue in front of him, not to a preset.
Natural has a technical definition.
Movement preserved, proportions unchanged, no new shapes that were not yours. Correcting over-treatment is as much a part of the work as treating.
A no is part of the job.
Where laxity is beyond what energy can lift, or a different modality suits a face better, he says so at assessment — including when the honest answer is surgery.
